Program Description

Provide a description of your current and / or proposed program. The description should include the following: 1. Program Goals 2. Energy efficiency upgrades or workforce development offerings provided 3. Program Metrics (Ex. units served, energy saved per unit, projected savings, projected jobs, wage targets) 4. Benefits Projected - please quantify where possible (ex. dollars saved per home, number of workers trained). Show any assumptions built into quantified calculations 5.
